I have lost my username.
You received a username from Soffos via email. If you did not change your username, you can retrieve your username from your email. If you have changed your username, it is not possible to retrieve this. Should this be the case, please contact Soffos.
I have lost my password.
If an account is created for you in our system, you will receive an email with your login details. This also includes a link by which you can validate your account. If you have validated your account, you can request a new password if you have lost your password.
